Information on Online Dispute Resolution for consumers:

In accordance with the applicable regulations on consumer and user protection, please be informed that this company is not affiliated with any European online dispute resolution system, as the European Union’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is no longer operational.

Nevertheless, consumers may propose the resolution of any dispute through the consumer arbitration systems existing in Spain, including those managed by the Consumer Arbitration Boards of the various Autonomous Communities, solely in the event that both parties expressly and in writing agree to submit to the corresponding arbitration procedure at the time the dispute arises. In the absence of such express acceptance, the company shall not be obliged to participate in any alternative dispute resolution procedure.

Should no agreement be reached to submit the matter to an alternative dispute resolution system, or if such system is not applicable, the parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
