Due to severely degraded weather conditions (snow and freezing rain), numerous road routes are currently closed to traffic:

Private Customers

• Many deliveries cannot be guaranteed in areas affected by snow and ice.
• Delivery delays are to be expected across the entire GLS network due to transit through these affected regions.

• Collection delays are expected for parcels within territories affected by snow and ice.
• Collection delays are expected for parcels destined for these territories.

We are monitoring the situation hour by hour with the authorities and are taking all necessary measures to maintain our operations as effectively as possible, while ensuring the safety of our staff and partners.

Delay on Shipments to the Republic of Ireland

Your parcels can no longer transit through the United Kingdom and now travel by sea. Shipments are currently subject to delays due to unfavorable weather conditions.
