Code of Business Standards
The trust GLS receives from customers, employees, business partners and the public is a top priority for the GLS Group.
To further strengthen this trust, the GLS Group has assigned itself a Code of Business Standards that establishes the fundamental values and standards of behaviour of the company in binding form for all employees.
The GLS Code of Business Standards forms the basis of all business decisions and regulates responsible interaction with all stakeholders.
Supplier Code of Conduct
GLS expects its suppliers to respect the standards laid out in this Supplier Code of Conduct, implement them using appropriate measures and adhere to them in their business activities.
Whistleblowing System
GLS Hungary operates a whistleblowing system to fulfil its obligations under Act XXV of 2023 on Complaints, Public Interest Reports and Rules for Reporting Abuse (the Complaints Act). The whistleblowing system allows employees, business partners andother stakeholders of GLS Hungary to report unlawful or suspected unlawful acts oromissions, or information about them.
You can contact the internal whistleblower scheme through:
- EQS Integrity Line
- our ombudsman, Dr. Rainer Buchert
Reports can be made in the following manner:
- verbally, by telephone or by voice mail;
- in writing, by letter sent to a postal address, or by electronic mail in the form of an email message, and by filling in the "Contact Form" provided.
The notifier is also entitled to make the notification anonymously, without providing any personal data. However, the examination may be cancelled if it is not possible to establish the right to make a notification, the person concerned or the content of the notification.
Please be aware that as a whistleblower, you will only benefit from the protection of the law if at the time of the report, you had sufficient grounds to believe that your report was true. You are not protected if you submit a report that you know to be false.
All reports are treated confidentially!
