Parcel collection at GLS Parcel Shops

GLS will notify you by SMS text message and/or email once the parcel is delivered to the selected GLS Parcel Shop. The parcel can be collected within 5 working days following the notification, after presentation of the parcel number and a valid personal identification document.

The cash on delivery option is available at all collection points and customers can also pay with their bank cards in a number of shops. Find the information regarding this option in the GLS Parcel Shop map search.

The majority of the GLS Parcel Shops await customers with extended opening hours, thus parcels can be collected comfortably after the end of the work day or even on Saturdays.

You can collect your parcel quickly and easily at the GLS Parcel Shop indicated by you. If you are unable to collect it, the person authorised by you can pick up your parcel after presentation of the parcel number and a valid personal identification document.
