An average of three thousand orders are placed daily via Plutosport's own webshop and channels such as bol and Amazon. Besides consumers, companies also know how to find the webshop flawlessly, for example for Plutosport's printing service. Richard tells of the search: "We were looking for a reliable partner who can provide support in our region. In 2023, I came into contact with GLS' Account Manager Twan van Vastenhoven. He had a good proposal with competitive rates and delivery times and a convincing story about GLS' service. But, at Plutosport we don't rush into anything. That's why we agreed a trial period with Twan in which we could test whether GLS's promises were fulfilled."

GLS passed the trial period well. Richard: "There were no unexpected costs, contact with customer service was smooth and complaints were addressed immediately. It is important for our image that our parcels are delivered to the recipient at the agreed time. At least 95% of deliveries must be delivered at the right time. In the start-up phase, this percentage was not met in certain countries. I contacted GLS about this and it was taken up immediately. Changes were made and we soon saw this reflected in the performance. It is great to see that GLS is working hard to keep improving together with us. In that respect, GLS's mentality suits Plutosport well."
